Vanilla Pancakes

Tasty protein pancakes with vanilla

Ingredients
  • (4 servings)
  • 2 dl oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 ml measuring spoon vanilla powder
  • 2 tbsp fibre husk
  • ½ tbsp grounded cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp grounded cardamom
  • 1 ml measuring spoon salt
  • 1 dl egg white
  • 2.5 dl ProPud Milkshake Vanilla
  • 3 tbsp apple sauce, low calorie
  • oil for frying
  • TOPPING
  • 100 g coconut cream
  • 100 g blueberries
Instructions

Mix the oat flakes to flour and mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix the other ingredients in another bowl and then mix them together. Fry 5–6 small pancakes over medium heat in some oil. Serve the pancakes with whipped coconut cream and blueberries
