We know protein. Delikatesskungen knows fika. So we did the only sensible thing and brought our two worlds together.

The result is a ”fika box” filled with mini versions of some true Swedish favourites: Hallongrotta, Kolakaka and Delicato. Classic flavours, now as protein bars, all in one box.

Sometimes you want protein. Sometimes you want fika. And sometimes, you simply want both.
