Tasty vanilla pancakes thanks too ProPud Milkshake Vanilla Ice cream

2 dl oat flakes 2 tsp baking powder 1 ml measuring spoon vanilla powder 2 tsp fibre husk 0.5 tsp grounded cinnamon 0.5 tsp grounded cardamom 1 ml measuring spoon salt 1 dl egg white 2.5 dl ProPud Milkshake Vanilla 3 tbsp apple sauce, low calorie oil for frying
TOPPING 100 g coconut cream 100 g blueberries
instructions
Mix the oat flakes to flour and mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix the other ingredients in another bowl and then mix them together. Fry 5–6 small pancakes over medium heat in some oil. Serve the pancakes with whipped coconut cream and blueberries
