PROTEIN MOUSSE WITH CHOCOLATE
INGREdients
  • 200 g ProPud Protein Pudding Chocolate
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1.5 dl cream

TOPPING

  • berries

instructions

Put the pudding into a bowl together with 1.5 dl cream and a large pinch of sea salt. Whisk with an electric whisk to the desired texture. Eat directly or place in the fridge before serving.

Tip! Decorate with sour berries such as currants or raspberries.
