Tasty protein waffles with ProPud pudding!

200 g ProPud Vanilla Protein Pudding
1 Egg
1 dl Oats
1 tbs Bakingsoda

Mix all the ingredients together and fry in a waffle iron - simple! Serve together with homemade jam and whipped cream. Plain cream or coconut cream. Top of with some fresh berries and you have a perfect home made brunch with protein waffles!

Instructions raspberry jam

100 g frozen raspberries 1 tbs chia seeds ½ tbs maple syrup Boil the raspberries and then add the maple syrup and chia seeds, let stand and cool down for at least 20 minutes.
