ICE CREAM VANILLA CUPCAKES

VANILLA PROTEIN MUFFINS

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 dl flour
  • 2 tbs bakingsoda
  • 2 tbs vanilla sugar
  • 1 whole Propud Milkshake Vanilla Ice Cream

instructions

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Melt the butter, set aside and let cool a little. Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy in a bowl. Mix all the dry ingredients and then mix into the egg and sugar mixture. Add the melted butter and Propud Milkshake Vanilla Ice Cream. Gently mix the batter together. Divide the batter into muffin tins, filling them about 2/3 full. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
