Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Delicious and fluffy pancakes filled with ProPud Cookie Dough

4 servings

  • 2 ProPud Protein Bar Cookie Dough, chopped
  • 4 dl flour
  • 2 dl low-fat milk
  • 2 dl greek yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ dl stevia sweetener
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder

Chopp the bars into smaller pieces, put all dry ingredients in a bowl. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites hard. Then whisk egg yolks with yoghurt and milk, stir in all dry ingredients and the chopped bars. Fold in the egg whites carefully. Fry on medium heat until ready.
