  • 1 dl cottage cheese 1,5%
  • 100 g ProPud Protein Pudding Vanilla
  • 1 dl frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
instructions

Mash the berries together with chia seeds, leave in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Mix cottage cheese and protein pudding. Top with the strawberry- and chia seed mixture.
