Strawberry overnight oats with protein

Ingredients
  • (4 servings)
  • 4 dl oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp whole linseed
  • 1 bottle ProPud Milkshake Strawberry 750 ml
  • Topping
  • 250 g strawberries
  • ½ tbsp agave syrup
  • ½ ml vanilla powder
  • 1 lime, grated peel
  • A few leaves of mint/basil
Instructions
CHIA PUDDING

Mix oat flakes, chiaseeds and linseeds in a bowl. Add half of the milkshake and stir, leave to swell for a few minutes, add the rest of the liquid. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.

TOPPING

Chop the strawberries into smaller pieces, place them in a bowl, mix with agave syrup, grated limezest, vanilla powder and chopped basil. Mix until the strawberries become juicy. Top your oats with the marinated strawberries.
