Protein Pancakes with Saffron

What could be better than fluffy, golden saffron pancakes, loaded with protein and completely free from added sugar!

2-4 servings

Ingredients

3 dl wheat flour
1 tsb baking powder
1 packet saffron (0,5 g)
2 eggs
500 g ProPud Vanilla (Pudding)

Instructions

Whisk the eggs together with the ProPud Vanilla pudding.

Add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Fry small, golden pancakes in a little butter or oil.

In just a few minutes, you’ll have an incredibly delicious result using surprisingly few ingredients.
