A delicious cheesecake with no added sugar, perfect as an everyday dessert or a luxurious, protein-rich snack.
Add all ingredients for the cheesecake batter to a bowl and blend with a hand blender until smooth.
Mix together all ingredients for the chocolate cream. Add a little lukewarm water until you reach the desired consistency.
Chop the protein bar.
Layer cheesecake batter, chocolate cream, and chopped protein bar pieces in a glass, creating 2–3 layers.
Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with coconut flakes and additional chopped protein bar.
