Protein Cheesecake with Chocolate Cream

A delicious cheesecake with no added sugar, perfect as an everyday dessert or a luxurious, protein-rich snack.

Ingredients

Cheesecake Batter
1 ProPud Vanilla Pudding
100 g cream cheese (5% fat)
0.75 dl quark (1% fat)
1.5 tbsp sweetener (granulated, calorie-free)
1 pinch vanilla powder
Topping
1 ProPud Smooth Caramel Protein Bar
Coconut flakes for garnish
Chocolate Cream
2 tbsp ProPud Chocolate Protein pudding
2 tbsp hazelnut butter
2 tsp cocoa powder
0,5 tbsp sweetener or similar zero-calorie sweetener

Ingredients

Cheesecake Batter
1 ProPud Vanilla Pudding
100 g cream cheese (5% fat)
0.75 dl quark (1% fat)

Chocolate Cream
2 tbsp ProPud Chocolate Protein pudding
2 tbsp hazelnut butter
2 tsp cocoa powder
0,5 tbsp sweetener or similar zero-calorie sweetener

Instructions

Add all ingredients for the cheesecake batter to a bowl and blend with a hand blender until smooth.

Mix together all ingredients for the chocolate cream. Add a little lukewarm water until you reach the desired consistency.

Chop the protein bar.

Layer cheesecake batter, chocolate cream, and chopped protein bar pieces in a glass, creating 2–3 layers.

Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle with coconut flakes and additional chopped protein bar.
