A protein-rich breakfast or snack chia pudding topped with granola and kiwi.
Mix chia seeds and matcha/spirulina powder with lukewarm water. Stir and let the seeds swell for about 1 minute.
Add almond milk, milkshake, pudding, and lime zest.
Let sit in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. You can also prepare it the evening before and let it sit overnight.
Slice the kiwi and top the chia pudding with muesli and kiwi before serving.
